Gayla Brooks is the Clinical Director of ACP's home-based program in New York, overseeing Case Supervisors and Behavior Technicians who provide in-home ABA. Gayla also supervises BTs working in the center with clients and provides BCBA supervision to master’s-level candidates. Gayla attended graduate school at Hunter College and has been with ACP since 2019. She started by working in Early Intervention, became an RBT providing both center- and home-based care, then became a BCBA under the mentorship of Rachel Scott-Rosenbluth. Gayla is a hands-on supervisor who is passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care and incorporates clients’ strengths and hobbies into their individualized treatment plans.

Kristen Burkholder, M.S., BCBA, is the Clinical Director of the St. Albans center. She earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Dakota in 2020 and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2021. Kristen has extensive experience providing center- and school-based ABA services to children and young adults ages 3–22, including those with complex medical and behavioral needs. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care, mentoring the next generation of clinicians by supervising BCBA candidates and Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with families to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes. In addition to her clinical leadership role, Kristen serves on the Board of Directors of the Vermont Association of Behavior Analysis, where she is committed to advancing the field of Behavior Analysis and supporting practitioners throughout Vermont.

Taylor has a bachelor's of science in psychology with a focus in early childhood and a master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been a BCBA since 2022 and has worked at ACP since 2019. She loves what she does and loves working with families and watching our clients grow!

Amanda is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with a passion and commitment to improve the lives of children and their families. Amanda has her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in childhood clinical disorders from Endicott College. She has worked with a diverse population of individuals in a variety of settings, including special education, public school, home-based, and center-based settings. Amanda collaborates with families, educators, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child. Amanda strives to empower children to reach their full potential, and her approach is compassionate and rooted in the principles of ABA.

Amanda Doran, M.Ed., BCBA, LABA is the Senior Clinical Director of our Westford Center. She is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working in ABA since 2017 servicing clients between the ages of 2-20 across various settings including home-based, center-based, and school-based programs. Amanda is passionate about providing a strong foundation for the growth of her clients, client families, and staff.

Tara is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at our Concord, NH office. She has been a BCBA since 2019. During this time, she has worked with children of all ages, including 2-21. Tara also has a lot of experience supervising and mentoring others who are training to become a BCBA. Her favorite part of her job is getting to watch her kids grow and make progress.

Ana is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Senior Clinical Director at ACP’s Woonsocket, RI location. Ana graduated Salve Regina University in 2018 with a bachelor's of arts degree in Psychology and again in 2019 with a master's of arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior to starting at ACP in 2019, Ana worked at an out of district school placement servicing individuals up to 21 years old with severe maladaptive behaviors. Ana is passionate about being a part of client success, training new BCBAs in the field and helping centers thrive while supporting regional growth expansion.

Maren is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst and the Clinical Director at the Ludlow, MA location. She has a master’s degree in education from Cambridge College with a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been in the field since 2015, working with a diverse population in home-based, public school, and center-based settings.

Mary is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at our Bedford, NH office. She has experience in the field since 1989. Her experience includes working with children and adolescents ages 2 to 21 in homes, community, school, center, and residential settings. She is dedicated to the children, families, and direct staff within her office.

Meet Corinne! Corinne is a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She is the Senior Clinical Director at our Holyoke, MA location. Corinne has been a BCBA since 2010 and has been working with children with Autism since 1996. Over the years, Corinne has developed an immense passion for helping the learners in her care thrive and guiding young professionals starting their career in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Elizabeth (Liz) is the Clinical Director for the Taunton center. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is dual licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Liz has been a BCBA since 2018 and in the field of ABA since 2015, working across schools, homes, communities and centers across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She has worked with a wide range of ages and with individuals with various diagnoses. She is passionate about clients' skills generalizing across settings and making a difference in their daily lives.

Kimberly is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who holds a Master of Education degree from Endicott College in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is the Senior Clinical Director at our Burlington, VT location. Kimberly has enjoyed working with individuals with Autism since 2011, first in the capacity of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant and then as a BCBA. She has worked with individuals ranging from 2-21 years of age.

Samantha Marculitis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who joined the team in 2025. Since 2012, She has had the privilege of working with children ages 2 to 10 across school and community settings in a variety of roles. Samantha earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education Studies from St. Anselm College in 2018 and her master’s degree in Special Education from Framingham State University in 2020. Her experience includes teaching in both inclusion classrooms and substantially separate ABA classrooms, supporting learners with Autism, developmental, neurological, and intellectual disabilities. Driven by a passion for helping individuals meaningfully and successfully access their environments, Samantha went on to earn an additional master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from Simmons University. After obtaining her BCBA certification in 2024, she has provided ABA services to individuals ages 2 to 21 in school, home, and community settings. Samantha is committed to delivering compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming care and thoughtfully pairs that with evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Kate Marsh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who began working with children on the Autism Spectrum in 2010 and has experience in home, clinic and school settings. Kate demonstrates her personal values of curiosity, courage and compassion by improving the well-being of clients and their families, empowering staff, and driving positive change in her community through client-centered ethical practices, evidence-based treatment, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. Kate is passionate about fostering an environment of trust and confidence by demonstrating empathy and clinical excellence, while navigating the complex social, economic, and cultural dynamics that arise within clinic settings. When not in the clinic, you can find Kate outdoors hiking with her two children and her trusty dog, Teddy!

Stephanie has a master’s in education and Behavior Analysis and bachelor’s in elementary education. She has been a BCBA since 2021, in the field of ABA since 2017, and working with children and toddlers since 2011. She has worked with a wide range of ages, cultures, and severity of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her passion is to not only support these children and their families but foster learning and growth for the staff that work with them.

Jesse is the Clinical Director for the Fall River Center. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has been providing services in schools, clinics, and homes since 2017. He is an adjunct faculty member at Salve Regina University, teaching in the psychology department. Additionally, he has presented research at regional and national conferences as well as published in Behavior Analytic Journals.

Desiree is a Licensed and Board Certified in Behavior Analyst. She received her undergraduate degree in clinical psychology from New England College in 2018 and master's degree in ABA from BayPath University in 2021. She has been in this field since 2018 starting as a Behavior Technician and working her way to a lead. She has worked with a diverse population in a range of settings including in-home and center-based. She feels there is something special about watching and learning from these young children and is grateful to witness their growth! When not working, you will find her spending time with her husband, their 4 children (3 boys and 1 girl), and their 3 dogs!

Sydney is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Clinical Director at Autism Care Partners’ Pawtucket, RI location. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2021 with a bachelor’s of science in psychology, and later graduated in 2023 with her master’s of science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Regis College. She has worked in each center-based clinical role that ACP offers since starting in August 2019. In addition to her work with ACP, she has experience working with substance use rehabilitation, dementia and diabetes research, and countless hours of volunteering in local hospitals. She is passionate about supervising individuals who want to obtain BCBA certification, staff and family satisfaction, and supporting client success.

Rachel oversees the clinical delivery in our New York region as a Senior Clinical Director. She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2008, working in multiple settings but with a primary focus in home-based services. Her passion for Behavior Analysis is only superseded by her passion to teach others about the science of ABA. She oversees the region’s case supervisors, the after-school program, master-level candidates in pursuit of their Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) certification, limited permit BCBAs in pursuit of their license (LBA), is our ACE provider presenter for continuing education (CEs), and more. She aims to have ACP be a place where clients reach their goals, staff will grow, and to promote a happy, warm, nurturing environment for all.

Nikki is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst and is the Senior Clinical Director at our Amherst, MA, location. She has been with ACP since 2019, previously as our Clinical Director at the Danvers, MA, location. Nikki has her master’s degree in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Elms College and has been in the ABA field since 2009. She has worked with a diverse population of individuals ages 2-22 in a variety of settings, including special education, residential, public school, home-based, communication and deaf school, early childhood, intensive, and center-based settings.

Gabrielle Viegas is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Clinical Director at ACP’s Cranston, Rhode Island location. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology before pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Since joining ACP in 2021, Gabby has provided one on one services to clients while also taking on a leadership role in supporting both staff and families. She is passionate about creating a positive, structured environment where clients can build meaningful skills and reach their full potential. Gabby’s favorite part of her work is witnessing the meaningful progress clients make during their time at the center and seeing them grow into confident, independent individuals. She is dedicated to fostering growth not only in her clients, but also within her team, ensuring high quality care and a supportive, collaborative atmosphere.
