Who will you be working with on Team Concord?
Tara Faford, MS, BCBA, LABA
Clinical Director
Tara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst at our Concord, NH center. She has been a BCBA since 2019. During this time, she has worked with children of all ages, including 2-21. Tara also has a lot of experience supervising and mentoring others who are training to become a BCBA. Her favorite part of her job is getting to watch her kids grow and make progress.
Delainey Paul
Family Liaison
Delainey works as the Family Liaison with Autism Care Partners in Concord, NH. She is certified as a Registered Behavior Technician and has been practicing in Applied Behavioral Analysis since 2023. Delainey has been working with children since 2018. Prior to working with ACP, she worked as a nanny specializing in neurodiverse care and was an early childhood development teacher in center-based care. Through effective communication, and active listening skills, she strives to make connections with families, and make a positive impact, all while providing the necessary support and resources families deserve. Delainey feels the most rewarding part of her job is watching the families grow and learn together and making progress each day!
Ariadna Aldarondo Hernandez, PhD
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Ariadna Y. Aldarondo Hernández, PhD is a Clinical Psychologist who conducts comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults and brings both experience and genuine care to every evaluation. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Aldarondo Hernández provides services in both English and Spanish. She believes that understanding a child’s unique profile—their strengths, their challenges, and how they experience the world—is an important step in connecting families with the support that can make a real difference. Her approach to evaluation is thorough, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that early diagnosis and early intervention greatly benefit children’s development. Dr. Aldarondo Hernández conducts evaluations at our offices in Bedford, NH, Concord, NH, and Westford, MA.
Melyssa Sweet, PsyD
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Sweet is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Vermont and a nationally certified school Psychologist. In 2021, she earned her Psy.D. in School Psychology from The State University of New York at Albany with a focus in children and families, psychological assessment, and learning. Dr. Sweet joined Autism Care Partners in the spring of 2024, where she specializes in the assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Meghan Young, MA, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Meghan is the Speech-Language Pathologist in our Bedford and Concord centers. She received her bachelor’s and master’s in communication sciences and disorders from the University of Central Florida. Since graduating, Meghan has worked with children and adults with a variety of communication needs in the private practice, skilled nursing facility, and school setting. Meghan is passionate about supporting a child’s communication goals by building meaningful connections with them through child-centered and play-based approaches. Meghan has received post-graduate training in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Gestalt Language Processing, and Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC) for childhood apraxia of speech. In her free time, Meghan enjoys reading, yoga, traveling, and hiking with her husband and their dog.
