Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the scientific study of behavior that uses positive reinforcement to help clients learn. The goals of ABA include increasing adaptive behaviors, such as communication, independence, and social interactions, and decreasing interfering behaviors, such as aggression and eloping (wandering or running away).

Meet team Woonsocket
Ana Faiola MA, BCBA, LBA
Senior Clinical Director
Ana is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Senior Clinical Director at ACP’s Woonsocket, RI location. Ana graduated Salve Regina University in 2018 with a bachelor’s of arts degree in Psychology and again in 2019 with a master’s of arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior to starting at ACP in 2019, Ana worked at an out of district school placement servicing individuals up to 21 years old with severe maladaptive behaviors. Ana is passionate about being a part of client success, training new BCBAs in the field and helping centers thrive while supporting regional growth expansion.
Taylor Parenteau
Family Liaison
Taylor is the Family Liaison in Woonsocket, RI. She is so excited to be a part of the team here at ACP! Taylor has worked in ABA since 2016 and with children and their families since 2013. She is here to assist with any caregiver questions or concerns. She will be the point of contact for client callouts, late drop-offs, and early pick-ups! Please reach out with anything! If she does not have an answer right away, she will get back to you as soon as possible. She looks forward to working with you all!
