Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the scientific study of behavior that uses positive reinforcement to help clients learn. The goals of ABA include increasing adaptive behaviors, such as communication, independence, and social interactions, and decreasing interfering behaviors, such as aggression and eloping (wandering or running away).Â

Jason Zeigler M.Ed, BCBA, LABA, LBA
Clinical Director
Jason Zeigler is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the Clinical Director at ACP’s Cranston, RI location. Jason graduated from Cambridge College in 2011 with a master’s degree in education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and
Autism Spectrum Disorders. He has been a behavior analyst since 2011 and has been working in the field of education and Applied Behavior Analysis since 2006. He has served clients ages 2-22 in a variety of settings including home-based, center-based,
residential treatment, and school-based ABA. His specific interests include staff training, behavior intervention, positive reinforcement, and early skill development.
