Meet Maren Farrell!
MEd, BCBA, LABA
Senior Clinical Director
Maren is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst and the Clinical Director at the Ludlow, MA location. She has a master’s degree in education from Cambridge College with a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been in the field since 2015, working with a diverse population in home-based, public school, and center-based settings.

Jennifer Arce
Family Liaison
Jen began her role as Family Liaison at the Ludlow Center in March 2026, bringing with her seventeen years of experience serving children and families as a Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Ludlow. Throughout her career, she has built strong relationships with children and families, connected them with resources, and supported youth in the community. This experience has provided a natural foundation for her work as a Family Liaison, where she continues to advocate for and guide families through important milestones and challenges.
In recognition of her dedication to young people and the community, Jen received the Service to Youth Award from the Ludlow Boys & Girls Club in 2011 and was honored with the same award by Boys & Girls Clubs of America in 2016.
Jen is excited to get to know each family and provide guidance and support every step of the way, always keeping each family’s unique needs at the forefront. She loves watching the progress and successes of every client and looks forward to learning and growing alongside the amazing team at the Ludlow center.
Emily Cabana, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Emily graduated with her master’s degree from Worcester State University in May 2024. She has experience working in a middle/high school setting as a SLP. She continues to provide early intervention visits after work. She loves using a play-based, child-led approach to therapy.
Shayna Foisy, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Shayna is a Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist. She graduated from Bay Path University with her master’s degree in occupational therapy in Longmeadow, MA in 2019. Shayna has experience working in early intervention and within a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic. Driven by a passion for supporting children in their sensory exploration, Shayna is committed to making therapy fun, engaging and impactful. Shayna focuses on creating a collaborative, supportive and meaningful environment through working on fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, ADLs and social
