Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the scientific study of behavior that uses positive reinforcement to help clients learn. The goals of ABA include increasing adaptive behaviors, such as communication, independence, and social interactions, and decreasing interfering behaviors, such as aggression and eloping (wandering or running away).Â

Meet team Lawrence
Stephanie Norris, M.Ed., BCBA, LABA
Senior Clinical Director
Stephanie has a master’s in education and behavior analysis and bachelor’s in elementary education. She has been a BCBA since 2021, in the field of ABA since 2017, and working with children and toddlers since 2011. She has worked with a wide range of ages, cultures, and severity of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her passion is to not only support these children and their families but foster learning and growth for the staff that work with them.
Latiny Ke
Family Liaison
Latiny began her career in the field of developmental support with adults with intellectual disabilities in 2022, providing compassionate care and helping them live fuller, more independent lives. In 2023, Latiny transitioned into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where she found her passion working with children and supporting their families. She is deeply committed to helping each child reach their potential. In her role as Family Liaison for our Lawrence center, she hopes to a continue being a resource for the family as they navigate their unique journey. Her work is driven by a belief in inclusion, understanding, and the power of individualized care to make a lasting impact in the community.
