While the year presented significant challenges, such as the increased stigmatizing language, perceptions, and actions toward individuals with Autism and what causes Autism, we as a community came together to continue to pour into, celebrate, and uplift the capable and inspiring future leaders in our care. We are proud to walk alongside our little ones as they reach big and small milestones each day.

In 2025, we reflected internally on what makes ACP so special, and heard:
“ACP’s mission-driven culture and approach resonates throughout our teams and influences how our employees are supported and how decisions are made. ACP doesn’t just provide services, we advocate for inclusion, understanding, and empowerment.”
“I love that I’ve had the opportunity to witness and be part of ACP’s incredible growth—from mostly home-based and center-based only being a dream to now over 20 centers. It’s truly been amazing to see how far we’ve come!”
“Collaboration isn’t forced here. Teammates cheer each other on, jump in when someone needs support, and celebrate every win, big or small. It creates a community that feels more like a family on a mission.”
“I love our collaboration, everything we’ve been doing on social media, and our commitment to accessibility.”

“The dedication to quality care, the focus on collaboration and interdisciplinary care, and the ability to learn from past situations and use what they have learned to better plan for the future.”
“I’m continually inspired by the company’s commitment to making a meaningful difference, not just in business outcomes, but in the lives of children and their families. Being part of an organization that prioritizes purpose alongside performance is incredibly rewarding.”
“I truly value the camaraderie I share with my colleagues. We respect one another and are united by a common purpose: to do our best and make a positive impact through the work we do.”
“I am so proud to be part of an organization that can offer a “no wrong door” mentality to families trying to navigate the world of Autism.”
We are so proud that Team ACP feels the impact of ACP’s intense focus on the quality of care our clients receive, our dedication to uplifting the company culture, and our commitment to our core values.

2025 By the Numbers
In 2025, we made some great progress in our work for the Autism community. We served 581 clients within our ABA program, 294 through Occupational Therapy, and 278 through Speech Therapy, and we completed 1,098 psychological evaluations. Within the five states we serve, we expanded two of our centers and opened two more so we can better reach families in need where they are.

It was a big year for Team ACP. Forty-five of our staff passed their RBT exams, and we couldn’t be more proud of their tenaciousness to provide clinically excellent work. Because of rigorous efforts, 125 staff were promoted to roles that will allow them to make a bigger impact. We provided eleven CEs for our staff, 4 of which were provided through our partnership with ASHA.
We made incredible strides in our efforts to provide equal opportunities to communicate and advocate through the expansion of the Visual Immersion System (VIS). 124 teammates completed VIS training and now 100% of our Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists are trained on the VIS. This better allows us to meet our learners where they are. We also helped 60 families obtain a speech-generating device!

As our clinical services grew, our team needed to, too. Our Talent team completed 3,074 first interviews and hired 716 clinical staff so we can better provide ethical, exceptional services. We also significantly increased our outreach to future partners, life-changing employees, and families in search of medically-necessary, critical care for their children.
We are cheering so hard for Team ACP. Without your help, we could not provide the quality care our clients and caregivers deserve. We can’t wait to see what you accomplish in 2026 but know that with you on our side, the new year will be filled with further and easier access to care, service at an even higher caliber, and even more opportunities to uplift every voice and bring the underserved and under-resourced to the table, so that we can ensure an equitable future for all.
