Sydney Ritacco, MS, BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director
Sydney is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Clinical Director at Autism Care Partners’ Pawtucket, RI location. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2021 with a bachelor’s of science in psychology, and later graduated in 2023 with her master’s of science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Regis College. She has worked in each center-based clinical role that ACP offers since starting in August 2019. In addition to her work with ACP, she has experience working with substance use rehabilitation, dementia and diabetes research, and countless hours of volunteering in local hospitals. She is passionate about supervising individuals who want to obtain BCBA certification, staff and family satisfaction, and supporting client success.
Keiylah Rivers
Family Liasion
Keiylah Rivers is thrilled to serve as your Family Liaison! Her goal is to help families feel supported, heard and connected throughout their journey with our organization. With three years of experience as a Behavior Technician and two as a Treatment Coordinator, she’s familiar with our services, resources and the day-to-day experiences of both families and our team. She’s here to help you navigate resources, answer your questions, connect you with the right supports and make sure your voice is heard. She looks forward to getting to know your family and building a strong partnership together!
Madison Caffrey, MS, CCC-SLP
Senior Speech-Language Pathologist
Madison Caffrey has been an SLP since 2021 and has experience with children and adults ages 2-43 in the clinic setting. Madison is also an AEIOU trained Feeding Therapist. She has a lot of interest in AAC and in social skills!
Victoria Johnson, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Prior to pursuing her graduate degree, Victoria gained experience in the field working as a Behavior Technician and SLPA in school-based settings. She graduated with her master’s of science from Baylor University in 2023 and then worked in a private practice with children from 9-months to 15 years old. Victoria has treated a diverse client-base, supporting individuals with various speech and language delays, AAC use, deaf/hard of hearing individuals, fluency, social pragmatic skills, and Feeding Therapy. She is passionate about learning new skills to expand her therapeutic knowledge as well as implementing new strategies and techniques to best support her clients.
Courtney Smith, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Courtney received her master’s degree from Worcester State University in December 2022. Courtney completed her clinical fellowship with ACP and has been here since! Courtney has a special interest in working with pediatrics and providing therapy through play-based activities.
Ashley Perry
Occupational Therapist
Ashley is a Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist. She graduated from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, MA with her master’s degree in occupational therapy. Ashley previously worked in home-based and preschool settings, as well as in pediatric and geriatric outpatient clinics. She utilizes a client-centered and play-based approach to support client independence in the areas of fine motor, visual motor, gross motor, self-help skills, executive functioning, and sensory regulation. Ashley joined the Autism Care Partners team in October 2024 at the Pawtucket, RI center.
