More About Our New Rochelle Services

In New Rochelle, we offer home-based early intervention and ABA programming. ACP Early Intervention, an approved New York State Early Intervention Service Provider, provides early intervention programming for children under the age of three who are either suspected of having or at risk for developmental delays or disabilities. Eligible children must be referred directly to the relevant county program to receive EIP services. At ACP Early Intervention we offer an in-depth approach to evaluating and diagnosing your child. Clinically proven evidence-based therapy ensures our clients receive the most effective care possible. But our job doesn’t stop there. We work with you to have a full partnership working alongside families to navigate the often overwhelming landscape and assist in coordinating care. We operate as Autism Care Partners to provide ABA services (home-based) for children over the age of three.
Applied Behavioral Analysis

Rachel Scott-Rosenbluth

MS, BCBA, LBA

Rachel Scott-Rosenbluth oversees the clinical delivery in our Mid-Atlantic region as a regional clinical director. She has 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); working in multiple settings but with a primary focus in home services. Her passion for behavior analysis is only superseded by her passion to teach others about the science of ABA. She oversees the region’s case supervisors, the after school program, master-level candidates in pursuit of their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), limited permit BCBAs in pursuit of their license (LBA), is our ACE provider presenter for continuing education (CEs) and more. She aims to have ACP be a place where clients reach their goals, staff will grow, and to promote a happy, warm, nurturing environment for all.

New York Early Intervention Disclaimer

For children 0-3 in New York State:

The Early Intervention Program is a public program funded by New York State, Nassau & Suffolk counties, and the NYC Department of Mental Health, and is for children less than three years of age who have or are suspected of having a developmental delay and/or disability. Eligibility for the EIP can be determined only by State approved evaluators under contract with the municipality. If a child is found eligible for the EIP, all services are identified in collaboration with the family and must be authorized by the municipality. The municipality will arrange for service providers to deliver services authorized by the municipality. All services under the EIP are provided at no out-of-pocket cost to families, but health insurance may be accessed, without affecting your family’s benefits. For services provided in community settings that require a fee, the parent is responsible for paying those costs. To access EI services, contact the Nassau County Department of Health at 516-227-8661 or the Suffolk County Department of Health at 631-853-3100 or the Westchester County Department of Health at 914-813-5094. To access EI services within New York City, contact the NYC Help Line at 311. ACP Early Intervention is an approved provider of Early Intervention services under contract with Nassau County, Suffolk County, Westchester County, and New York City.
