My name is Delainey, and I work as the Family Liaison with Autism Care Partners in Concord, NH. I am certified as a Registered Behavior Technician, and have been practicing in applied behavioral analysis for a year. Prior to working with ACP, I worked as a nanny specializing in neurodiverse care and I was an early childhood development teacher in center based care. These positions have provided me with over seven years experience in this field! Through effective communication, and active listening skills, I strive to make connections with families, and make a positive impact, all while providing the necessary support and resources families deserve. The most rewarding part of my job is watching the families grow and learn together, and making progress each day!
