About our Ludlow Center
At our Ludlow center, we offer a comprehensive approach to evaluation and treatment. Clinically proven, evidence-based therapy ensures our clients receive the most effective care possible. Our clinicians implement assent-based learning throughout the day to foster a compassionate, person-centered approach to assessment, intervention, and decision-making. And our job doesn’t stop there. We work alongside families to create a full partnership to navigate the often-overwhelming landscape and assist in coordinating care.

Clinical Director
I am a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst and the managing BCBA at the Ludlow, MA location. I have my Master’s degree in education from Cambridge College with a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have been in the field for nearly 10 years, working with a diverse population in home-based, public school, and center-based settings.
Molly Bashaw
Family Liaison
Molly is the Family Liaison at ACP’s Ludlow, Massachusetts location. She has a bachelor’s degree in juvenile justice and youth advocacy from Wheelock College. She has spent the last decade working alongside neurodiverse learners and their families. Molly holds a particular passion for fostering family engagement and empowerment and is committed to assisting families in acquiring essential resources.
